As I delve deeper into our financial infrastructure, I'm realizing how flawed it is-- or how I'm being manipulated to think it is.
We are trusting centralized institutions to keep our money, which at any point can vanish.
Obviously there are some steps (that I'm aware of) that we can take to ensure that our money doesn't go *poof*, but at the same time a majority of people aren't popular or rich to refute the authority of banks. Unless of course you happen to go viral on social media... which appears to be rare (assuming many people try to go viral about situations).
Don't trust, verify.
